Ahhh The Montreal Olympics..the biggest ripoof in modern construction history (Bostons Big Dig included).They had cement trucks running around empty coming in the gate and paid as being full only to go round the block and come through again to be paid for another empty load.The stadium was a disaster from Day 1 and had holes you could stick your arm through.Only decent thing to ever happen ther besides the Games were Stones 89.
