Mere rumour and speculation from the Obama camp becuase their guy got his dumb ass handed to him. The Secret Service, Rick Warren, and McCain have all stated unequivcally that they had zero knowledge of the questions prior to them being asked. The thing is that these exact topics that they were both questioned about are the same things that McCain has been talking about throughout the entire campaign.
