This might be the promo version which doesn't have the added features.

I 'm Down Under & whereas the rest of the world is getting this on July 29, we are blessed with the stale crumbs on November 5, & using my University mathematics I calculate this to be over three months after everybody else has it.

We had to wait a month for the CD, 2 months for the Imax, well, they're being consistant in adding an extra month for us to wait for the DVD...

Bob Dylan - The Naked Empire
Godfather records

Silver CD -> WAV (EAC) -> FLAC (Flac frontend) -> You

Empire Burlesque sessions,
New York City and Los Angeles July 1984 - April 1985

Excellent Stereo

I've been hoping for this bootleg to show up on trackers, after reading the reviews of it online. Of course, those "bootleg-guides" can't be trusted, but I've been pleased with the "Godfather" releases of the Oh Mercy outtakes and Blood On The Tracks outtakes...(which I bought before getting into this fantastic Hungercity site.) (on a sidenote: Some of them "bootleg review sites" seem to be both clueless about the quality of the original recordings and respectless of the torrent society and people who share the recordings in the first place)
But anyway, "The Naked Empire" didn't show up on any trackers....so I bought it in a store yesterday; something I rarely do when it comes to Bob Dylan....the best material is to be found online, for free. Made an exception for "Naked Empire"

According to various "bootleg-sites" online, it features well known material - but in upgraded sound.
Can't let you know my opinion on this, as my "Empire Burlesque outtakes CDRs" are not with me at the moment, for comparision.
But I think it's a very listen..this one.

Featuring Mick Taylor and Ronnie Wood.
Info about musicians (below) is taken from the covers. Artwork for the front and back included (had to remove some horrible watermarks with paint-software). Couldn't find scans of the innersleeves.

Enjoy....Erik_Snow

Hey guys,
A few months back we were doing a slew of 78 audience shows.  I am finally getting around to printing out the art and filing them away, but I seem to be missing some art, could someone post or create some art for the following 78 shows:

Buffalo 78
Memphis 78
New Orleans 78

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Is there a problem with upping stuff to the Rocks Off tracker?

18. Outta Space
19. Brown Sugar
20. Midnight Rambler
21. Rip This Joint
22. Street Fighting Man
23. Jumpin' Jack Flash

Once I saw the waveform I was almost sorry I asked for a new copy off the master as the volume fluctuates a bit, and I put more effort into this than it was worth but maybe it's an upgrade or possibly a downgrade depending on how much the tape has degraded in the last 14 years or possibly your opinion of my rudimentary mastering skills.

A bit of the back story - the taper was a teenager at summer camp or some church youth group in the Georgia mountains but was able to score a ticket for this. He also had to "borrow" someone else's pre-recorded cassettes in order to tape this.

FWIW though the quality is somewhat average or below when compared to the classics of the era, I saw this on a list somewhere as someone's favorite boot. Yeah, I know, that's one helluva an endorsement.
