I guess I feel pretty much the same as Gazza.  Sounds like a crazy money hungry ploy by a "not so stable" spurned spouse, if ya can believe anything originating from the Star.

I love Bruce Springsteen's music- I do not consider him infallible to human failings.  My opinion of him would not change even if Patti is not his "one" true love.  What he does with his personal life is none of my business and I really could care less.

Some people have mentioned it goes against what he "stands" for- that is, to use a Gazzaism, a load of bollocks!  I do not consider him a minister of morals (ie religion)....
He is a minister of feel good, tell me your troubles, give me some hope, down home rock and roll. It seems really strange to me that the Europeans embrace Bruce's music and concert experience much more than his own countrymen. 

Another funny and telling thing is that if you read the BTX board(mostly USA based)-every other thread is about this ad nauseum.  If you read GreasyLake (mainly European based), there is hardly a post about it and most of them are tongue in cheek. You can draw your OWN conclusions from that comparison.  I am sure you already know that I have mine

Yes Gazza- we can always hope for some more music

The show was incredible.  Where that man gets his energy is beyond me!  No time to light up anything.... ..there weren't any pungent odors sifting through the air in the Pepsi Center last night.  The crowd was too busy singing!!!!

What a NIGHT!!!  3 hours of non-stop music.  It was a great time.

Springsteen and the band took the stage to the sounds of "Get Out of Denver" for a long-awaited return to Colorado after the Magic tour passed them by. And Colorado was ready: at the end of the night, Bruce was moved to shout, "Best crowd of the tour so far!"

Brendan Flynn writes: "Tonight, Springsteen and the band blew the doors off the Pepsi Center and left the mile high crowd gasping for more. Bruce has clearly begun to hit his stride on this tour, dusting off no less than four tour premieres for the lucky Denver fans. Bumping 'Outlaw Pete' to slot three for the first time, 'The Ties That Bind' had its first appearance since Antwerp, June 2008. After 'Youngstown,' with Nils spinning like a Whirling Dervish possessed by Jimi Hendrix on a blistering solo, came a poignant 'Tougher Than the Rest,' paring Bruce and Patti center stage.

"Bruce collected signs during 'Darlington County' and had to dig way back for the first request: 'Time to stump the band,' he declared with a grin as he revealed the sign with 'E Street Shuffle' scrawled on it. The band fell into the song with a few early hiccups but pulled it off faithfully. Max nailed the solo during the song's climax with particular gusto. Another sign request for 'Prove It All Night' kept the crowd into the show, and the fourth tour premiere, 'Racing in the Street,' was yet another request with Roy turning in a stirring performance.

"'You're fabulous,' Bruce told the crowd as the encore began, reminiscing, 'We've been coming to Denver for a long time,' and even mentioning 'that rainy night at Red Rocks' in 1981. A bonus 'Glory Days rounded out a six-song encore during which Steve pronounced it was "Mile High Boss Time!" Springsteen worked in a few bars of 'Louie Louie' to close out what was arguably the best show of the tour thus far. Bravo, Bruce!"

Next stop: Goin' back to Cali after a little Easter break, with two shows in L.A. on Wednesday and Thursday nights.
