regarding the Oscars - if its Feb 22nd, he probably wont be on tour by then. That said, he postponed several UK dates in 1996 to play the ceremony when he was nominated for 'Dead Man Walkin'. Usually nominated acts do perform in person, but its not essential. Dylan was in Australia when he was nominated in 2001 for 'Things have changed' and performed via satellite (oddly enough he left out the verse that contained the line - 'This town aint doin' me any good/I'm in the wrong town, I should be in Hollywood' Smiley

). He won.

Lucky Day, WOAD, The Wrestler and Life Itself have been released in one way or another. "Life Itself" was(maybe still is?) a free download on Amazon.com. You can see them all on you tube.

Tom L and Co. gave up on the travelling thong after it was "lost in the mail" the 2nd time. Voodoo so graciously shared his photo with us! Grin

The tour is pretty much a done deal and is to be announced in the very near future. Rumor (for what its worth) on Backstreets is that E Street is playing New Orleans Jazz Festival 2nd weekend. Hope the promoters decide to lower ticket prices for us poor folk. But then again, Bruce's ticket prices have never been outrageous as compared with another group we love! Wink
