The picture was taken in Brasil during the trip of Mick and Keith with Marianne and Anita in December 1968 and January 1969, the pictures are by Fernanda Seixas and you can find a bunch of great pictures in a couple of books about this trip as well as in Cucho Peñaloza book about the Rolling Stones in Perú

During this trip, Marianne wrote the embryonic version of "sister morphine"
