Title: Mick Jagger on Dr. John's "The Sun, Moon & Herbs" studio sessions 50 years ago

I’m checking my very old magazines, yesterday was 1970 and the magazine was Rolling Stone. I found and article about the sessions for Dr. John’s The Sun, Moon & Herbs, so I used the image for today’s header and today I listened to my original LP twice, what a great album, it’s almost impossible to identify Mick on vocals as the ladies rule. But guess what? I listened the album with headphones and yes, you can hear Mick in several songs, not just in “Where ya at mule”. Location was Trident Studios in London and Criteria Studios in Miami.

So I decided to scan the article, part of the album and take pictures of the gatefold cover to share them with you

The image (today’s header) it’s, as far as I know the only one in circulation of those sessions

The article, as you can see Mick mentions the Exile on Main St sessions
