In Mick's interview he says the fans expect to hear certain songs and he gets a buzz from entertaining us crazy fans. He knows about our setlist wining and always includes a few surprises. Bloody hell, I can't believe that I've never seen that, what a treat that must have been. People forget that Mick sang that on the record, and I always wanted him on that. I wish they would do Happy like that once. Connection is proof that these things can be successful if they give it half a chance. That sounded infinitely better and more energetic than songs that the band must be tired of after playing so many times. Won't happen though.

Yeah I think maybe they sang it together on tour in '67. When they brought it back in 1995, they duetted at this show at the start of the Euro tour - thereafter its only been played during Keith's solo mini-set - with Mick offstage

Drop lugubrious theatrical pieces "Sympathy" and "Miss You." Shorten "Rambler" by two or three minutes. Make one of the rotating an early classic cover like "Come On" or "Cry to Me" or "Time is on My Side." No song vote. No extended endings, just short, sharp punchy versions of the warhorses. Tight, clean focused show with a stripped down stage. Ideally, back to arenas exclusively.

I want the band to play a crisp, sharp and relaxed show that caters to their current capabilities and limitations. The next time we see them Charlie will almost certainly be at least 80. At some point they won't be able to have the stamina to keep up with the enormadorm spectacles. I'd love to a somewhat 'back to basics' Stones show.
