So basically, of the 17 songs Mick sings in the set, 13 of them are absolutely locked in to be played every night

And I remember people moaning on the BTB tour because there was something like 9-10 songs that they were getting played at every show.

17 songs got played at more than half of the shows. Wow.

Keith's set seems to be exactly split between 14 slow songs and 14 rockers. One of each per night.

I really dont understand how they cant even change the running order of the second half of the show (apart from when one of the warhorses gets moved up to the opening song)

If I'm not mistaken, Dublin not only got the only 'Neighbours' but the only performance of TWO songs from Blue & Lonesome.

I guess thats what that tour manager guy was referring to when he talked up that gig by saying theyd play songs that they then would probably not play anywhere else.

I actually thought 'Bitch' had been played more often - Twickenham and Warsaw was it?

And its pretty fucked up that of all the shows Sweet Virginia got to, the one night they played the bloody song was one where she wasnt there.

These were the stats from setlist.com...I didnt get too crazy with the confirmation of each show...but it looked right as I checked each show the day after... I also noticed the SV situation...sadface.

Both BITCH and SV only got one play each in No Filter pt 1

#Dublin:
>The only Neighbours
>One of 2 Wild Horses ( it was flawless, especially with the sun set and watching it from Pit B)
>Both B&L songs
>The only SFTD Opener
>The only show with a MOD from each major RS board in the same PIT at the same time
>The only show where a red glitter cowboy hat gets you 2 pints after the show

These are all facts folks...verifiable and unique

The hat Jagger wore for about 5 seconds near the end of the show and the Android who got it at the end...
Dont worry LJ and Bitch...I checked...there was no DNA in the hat...maybe a drop or two of Jagger's Sweat, but that was about it (gawd, that hat makes me look fat!!):

Well, Boy Howdy!
If I knew all it took was a red glitter cowboy hat to get my own header...I would have worn it and the matching chaps that go along with it a long time ago!!

But, I agree, no need for it...let the Mundial finish...then lets just go back to Joey and and Ian and the new album...

...and politics too; even that the thread is not on the main board anymore but with the same views and replies rate

and one more... this Saturday we will be 20 years old, the Rocks Off 20th anniversary in just two days!!  Now we probably suck, well we have sucked since we started but we love it

20 years deserves another header so be patient…
