Have you SUCCESSFULLY phoned, e-mailed or tried any other form of contact with AXS? I ordered e-tickets and I would like to know more details about sending.... I feel anxious after a very interesing reading on twitter. People received wrong tickets or nothing (just type axs uk in the search bar). I would like to kindly ask you to share some update about your tickets. Thanks. :-[

Hi Annie, I havent used them myself but from what I understand they do tend to send the tickets out pretty late (presumably to prevent re-selling). Its not a satisfactory situation but I would imagine that if in the worse case scenario you dont hear from them in time, then turning up at the ticket office with your confirmation e-mail and ticket booking number should be sufficient.

Can anyone else confirm if theyve had any problems with the two London shows so far?

From the moment i bought the tickets I sent about 6 mails asking them to change to e-ticket, all without a reply.

managed to get someone one the phone only once (after 20mns) who said I should call back about 5 days before the show's date.

so after no further reply to my mails, i received hardcopies last Saturday 26 may....

They are a bunch of fucking assholes who do not care about their customers.

btw i'm selling them so if there are any takers, make me an offer!
