FUNNY !!!!! :) " 30. Bon Jovi Few bands in music history have sold more records and released more timeless rock hits than Bon Jovi. And, surprisingly, the band is still active, recently releasing yet another hit album. " |

Peter Tosh - holy fucking Jesus, how is he not in the RRHOF?
Zevon, as well. This RRHOF seems arbitrary and capricious. Bon Jovi sucks dick, but not as much dick as the Eagles suck dick. |

Title: How the fuck is Peter Tosh not in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame? Post by sirmoonie on Dec 23rd, 2016 at 2:09am
This guy is such a great artist. Spiritual, darker than Marley at times (and Marley was dark). Tosh gets unfairly discredited because of the weed field photo shot and his expressed hatred of whitey. Rock and roll purists don't hold that against talent. This great rocker should be in the Jonah Fish.

My post got moved. I feel shame. Like I got reprimanded. Same kind of feeling I had in 5th grade when my friend I got caught drawing a big giant pair of tits in the boys' room.

Bon Jovi can go FUCK themselves. First of all, the Allies won WWII. There's a reason the Scorpions, Nena, the DiFranco family, Guy Lombardo, Danzig, Bose Onkels, Chef Boyardee, Krocus, and Udo Dirkschneider are not in the goddam RRHOF! Jesus fucking H. Poptart Christ! What the fuck kind of country countenances this? The filth is peeling off the encrusted walls! You PC types have ruined what was once a cool national mood.

The RnRHOF Blows...
It should be for anyone who put out an album before 2001...because after that, the entire business model and industry went straight down into an irreversible downward spiral and it quickly plunged into an abyss... |

There are some acts there who make you think - 'who's that?' or 'why is this an issue'?
There are some who you can understand being overlooked if you're taking the 'rock n roll' part of the hall's title too literally - its not something that I get too worked up about, but if Johnny Cash and Miles Davis can be in, then so should Willie Nelson and John Coltrane. And then there's Warren Zevon. An inexcusable and bewildering oversight year after year. |
