Mick Jagger Baby Expected: How the Rolling Stones Star’s Diet Helps Keep Him Young
By : Mat Lecompte | Friday, July 22, 2016 Photo Credit: AKM-GSI / Splash News The Rolling Stones’ front man Mick Jagger is dancing himself into fatherhood for the eighth time, as a new baby is expected early next year. The next Mick Jagger baby is with his 29-year-old girlfriend Melanie Hamrick, and it’s likely he can thank his healthy diet for his ability to keep up with a woman 43 years younger than him. Mick Jagger’s Fatherhood: Miracle or Diet? The 72-year-old rocker’s foray back into fatherhood may seem like a surprise, but it’s not impossible for men of his age to serve up the right ingredient for a pregnancy. Semen production doesn’t completely shut down with age and men can produce sperm right up until they die, however volume and mobility tends to decrease steadily after age 20. A good diet, however, can fight back against nature to slow down these effects. Research indicates that men who have a healthy diet high in antioxidants such as vitamins C and E, zinc, and folate tend to experience substantially less damage to their sperm than men who don’t eat a nutrient-dense diet. Heading up a high-energy rock group like The Rolling Stones requires a good diet, which Mick Jagger apparently adopted in the ’90s when he started cutting back on drugs and alcohol. And considering the band is still touring—Jagger is known for his high-energy performances—the demands of fatherhood should not be much of a challenge and his healthy diet should remain in place. Mick Jagger’s Diet Plan to Stay Young Mick Jagger definitely has stamina; after all, he’s been singing and dancing onstage all over the world for 50 years. To do that at his age, he needs to be eating the right things. Jagger’s diet plan looks something like an endurance athlete’s: it’s high in nutrient-dense fruit, vegetables, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates. Items such as fruit and vegetable smoothies, sweet potatoes, brown rice, beans, chicken, fish, and avocado are prominently featured, and he eats a plate of pasta four hours before every concert to make sure his muscles are energized for the performance. Because of his diet he might not need to supplement, but he does anyway which is a wise decision for a person his age. Older folks tend to absorb fewer nutrients as they age, so Jagger takes vitamins A to E and cod liver oil, too. Mick Jagger’s baby is likely the result of his diet plan that helped maintain both his male fertility and his energy to front The Rolling Stones for all these years. Now it looks like he has time for one more tour before fatherhood! http://www.foods4betterhealth.com/mick-jagger-baby-expected-how-the-rolling-stones-stars-diet-helps-keep-him-young-15814 |

My cousin recently had a baby. And, the baby has my grandfather's eyes! My grandfather passed away over 30 years ago! But, his genetic code lives on through his progeny! Amazing! Tiny, little baby brought my grandfather back to me! Actually, the baby has blue eyes right now, but they will eventually turn green like my grandfather's eyes! That has happened with other relatives! |

Maybe Jagger wants someone less talented; a little Jagger; a person he can be mad at.

Singer Mick Jagger has reportedly agreed a financial settlement with a young ballerina carrying his eighth child. The baby is not due until December, but the 72-year-old star is thought to have already sorted out a child maintenance deal with Melanie Hamrick, 29. Mick Jagger overjoyed with birth of great-grandchildren Jagger has promised a five figure sum every month to Hamrick. He has given her legally binding assurances, which include monthly payments of 11,400 pounds ($15000 USD) and a promise to buy her a house wherever she chooses to live. The payments, up until the age of 18, would add up to 2.5 million pounds, reports mirror.co.uk. Hamrick has been dating the Rolling Stones singer for two years. He has made it clear he does not intend to marry her. The dancer became pregnant during the band's tour of South America earlier this year. She currently lives in New York, but may buy a house in Connecticut, where her family lives, or in Los Angeles. The rock icon already has four children with model Jerry as well as a daughter with former-wife Bianca Jagger, a daughter with Marsha Hunt and Lucas. |

Keith Richards' Diet to Stay Young
Keith Richards definitely has stamina; after all, he’s been staggering and falling off the stage all over the world for 50 years. To do that at his age, he needs to be consuming the right things. Richard’s diet plan looks something like an endurance athlete’s: it’s high in Ketel 1 vodka, Malboro Reds, big spliffs, and Shepherd's Pie. Items such as fruit and vegetable smoothies, sweet potatoes, brown rice, beans, chicken, fish, and avocado would be flung from his plate if anyone ever had the never to serve them to him, and he snorts large plate of blow four hours before every concert to make sure he is energized for the performance. Because of his diet he might not need to supplement, but he does anyway with a bit of "the naughty stuff" after a show to wind down. |

That might have been true at one time, but now I think he takes care of himself. I don't think he drinks as much as he used to. Besides eating healthy makes you feel good. (Now, if I would only follow my own advice . . . ) P. S. £2.5million? Are you sure that's enough? Ha! Ha! |

Just hoping the baby is healthy, and they name it after MICK. So far none of his kids, grands or great-grands were named after MICK which is weird. We need a little MICKY!!!
