i have tried several times to redeem codes with no luck. plus you cannot actually contact them by phone and there is no email response

I tried to make sense of it...didnt really get it...the list of shows you can get "discounts" on were either all "sold out" for discounts or were so horribly dumb...( see Colbert's sketch above...he was not joking...).

Like any "class action suit"...its for the lawyers to make money and never for the consumers who actually suffered.

Yep Ticketmaster sucks. And so does every other option (talking to you AXS). The whole biz is a racket and we lose.

It works! It bloody fucking works! A new round of shows was released today. I just picked up a couple of tickets for one show. Going to go back and look for more. If you have vouchers, this is the place to look for shows.
