Google has yet to comply with Rose's demand, which is centered around a claim that all professional photographers at Axl Rose performances must sign a release which cedes copyright of their photographs to Rose.

Minkevich has said that those who have used the photo for any number of memes are stealing it, regardless of who is in the right in the dispute. “Either way the photo was stolen off our website with no permission granted by the Winnipeg Free Press,” he said.

Wrong response, Axl. You have money; get a gastric bypass, some Belviq if need be and, especially, a personal trainer. Lose the weight, publicize the hell out of it, then laugh about how they made a meme out of it when you were overweight. Now everyone is going to remember that you were the idiot who tried to use the DMCA to prevent people making fun of you for getting fat.

The fat pictures are from like ten years ago. He's lost weight, and his voice improved dramatically for the current AC-DC and gnr shows. I honestly thought it was gonna be a train wreck but they're doing really good.

At this stage of the game, it's not about "looking good". It's more about being healthy. Being overweight, puts you at risk for diabetes, high blood pressure, a stroke, or even a heart attack!

Eat more veggies, drink water and exercise every day.

Now why don't I follow my own advice . . . ?

Can you imagine a frumpy, doughy, bent over, stodgy looking Jagger but can still sing?
