My boss is a bitch.  I was just about to quit, when I realized that that is exactly what she wants.  So, instead, I'm going to my doctor's and get a note that will release me from work.  Rest and relax for a few days.  "Mental Health Break!"  Plus, I'm going to ask him for some more pills!  Seriously!

Go out for a drink with her.  Get blasted with her.  Then spend the night together.  This works well.  She will never talk to you at work again.

Thank you for responding.  I feel much better today.  Actually, about a year ago, fate brought us together at a hospital waiting room. There we were two "relatively young Latinas" (She's younger than me, but only by a few years.) waiting for our loved ones.  My mom survived.  Her husband survived.  It was a "bonding" moment.  I thought the feud was over, but, NOOO000ooo!  In her defense, I have been a bitch, too. But, only in retaliation.  That is how it is in the ghetto.  You need to punch back.   

Anyways, I need to change jobs, and find me a new boss!  An older, white man who is about to retire, and doesn't give a !@#!  Those make the best bosses!

This one boss, I started slapping him around when he was washing his hands in the restroom sink.  The snot was flying!  I wiped the floor with that bastard.  Literally.

I think about 90% of the time you beat up your boss, you end up with a promotion and raise...especially if you make sure you get hit a few times and make it look like he/she beat the crap out of you...

5 years ago, she was very pretty.  Tall and thin.  I thought we were going to get along.  But, she started gaining weight, and becoming more unreasonable.  I guess the job causes stress, and she does a lot of stress eating.  I walk by her surrounded by her little "island" of secretaries eating donuts, muffins, pizza, chicken wings, etc.  Our other bosses hardly ever bought food.  But, when they did, they shared with everyone.  And, the previous boss before this one, used to get food catered from a local Italian restaurant!  Pasta and salad!  It's not about the food, but the snotty attitude.
