I know he is shown playing but some have said he is actually plugged in, some have said he isn't. But at least in the intro of the song, before the chorus, I definitely can hear more than one guitar.

Anyone know for sure?

Brian's plugged in but mixed way down. He's louder on some circulating tapes of the rehearsals.

I swear in intro of the song I can hear him clearly, it sounds like there's two guitars 'weaving' the beautiful opening melody. For the first minute of the song.

If you watch the 25x5 video you can clearly hear two guitars on YCAGWYW footage from the Circus.

On the VHS copy of RnR Circus that I have the other guitar track is completely gone.
