It has been rainy for the last 30 hours here in Chapel Hill...

I have no plans except stay home and prep for a presentation on Monday.
I declare today an official LET IT BLEED day...

Me. Played Let It Bleed yesterday, over and over, during a 4 hour car ride. The first notes of Gimme Shelter still chill me, after all these years. Gave Midnight Rambler a few serious listens too, which is a song I usually skip to get to Silver and Monkey Man. My goodness, there is some real genius in Rambler. What kind of band comes up with this and believes it will work? The Stones were daring, in addition to all their other qualities.
