Veteran Northern Irish singer Van Morrison is to play at this year's Edinburgh Jazz and Blues Festival.
He is due to take to the stage at The Festival Theatre on Tuesday 22 July.
Jools Holland with special guest Mel C, Bill Wyman and a Mandela Day Concert are also confirmed for the festival.
Pianist Abdullah Ibrahim, World Cup 2010 official song band Freshlyground and South African group Mahotella Queens will also play
