I've never heard of him being anything other than white or black, so I'd prefer not to include "none of the above."  And write in answers just encourage heathens and detract from the integrity of the poll.  My polls are all about integrity.

Being from Bethlehem, Israel, my guess is that he'd of looked Israeli.

Please keep in mind that his conception was immaculate, making the physical location of his birth and the tribe/culture in which he was raised more or less irrelevant with respect to his race.  Basically, you never know what color an immaculatto is going to be until you see him or her.

Well, if you read His book, in Isaiah 53:2, it says..."He hath no form nor comliness; and when we shall see Him, there is no beauty that we should desire Him."

So, it says he's Jewish and that he's not especially attractive {I think that was decided at the dawn of the world, so that people would not worship Him because of his looks, but because of who He is}.

All the pictures we grew up with of Him being a beautiful, white-looking man, were all just artistic fantasy...

Having said all that, I realize that you probably weren't being very serious with your poll choices.... ;) Guess I was the one who made it that way.... :-?

I don't actually buy the whole Immaculate Conception thing. My belief is that there WAS a Jesus, a person who many, many followed and believed passionately in, yet so many of the mystical aspects I'm sceptical about.

Everybody knows Jesus was a white man with anywhere from dark blond to medium brown hair (I guess Christ was subject to summer sun highlights, too, even though he was divine) and blue to green eyes. We know this because of all the paintings of him were like this. Must be true.

I disagree, Will.  While the Islamics you referred to are whacked, damgerous, and devoid of humanity, their existence at least makes some bit of sense.  There is absolutely no reason I can understand why anyone living in a free, expansive, idea rich country like the United States would chose to be a Mormon.  Its an absurdity.
