Title: Current President Bush's Job Performance Post by sirmoonie on May 11th, 2008 at 9:38am
We all saw the latest poll where current president Bush's disapproval rating was a record-setting lowest of the modern era -- 71%, I believe. He certainly is a trailblazer in some ways.
I suspect his approval rating on RO is relatively higher than in the general population, and his disapproval rating is relatively lower. That is based solely on my subjective and drunken reading of posts over the years - he appears to have a significant number of fans here. So, I'm just curious as to the sitch. Please vote, even if you are black (see, e.g. XV Amendment, U.S. Const.). And ignore the chads, we can count those later. Love, :pullanolte |

" current president Bush's approval rating was a record-setting lowest of the modern era "
His approval rating is at Twenty - Two Percent and DROPPING !!!!!!!!!! To understand what is happening to the United States of America , one must remember the old television series ' DALLAS ! ' ........... .... the television series has become reality . Just as the fictional character ' J.R. ( Junior ) Ewing ' was the oldest son but NOT his father's favorite ( See : younger son ' Bobby Ewing ' ) so is George W ( Junior ) the oldest son but NOT his father's fav ( See : younger son Jeb Bush ). The character J.R. ( Junior ) responded by refusing to listen to his parents and did EXACTLY the opposite of what his father would have done -- thereby running his Daddy's Oil Company RIGHT into the FRIGGIN ground . Our Current President , by igonoring his parent's misgivings , has managed to run the country RIGHT into the FRIGGIN gound and in the process leaving his younger brother ( Daddy's favorite son [ .... and former governor of Florida ] Jeb ) with ' NO FUTURE ' !!!!!!!! Junior done well kids !!!!!! | | | V |

I wonder how well the current President would have done in my poll if there hadn't been all the gamesmanship by his opponents here. Its clear that the current President has a large following among Stones fans on RO. What we don't know is the exact extent. And know we'll never know. You can't unring the bell. Blood has been shed. Force majeure. Ten spot on the flybang.
