Yes, Paps coughed it up.
He is human.
Here's to the Twinkies win.
Three more to go....
Thanks for Kevin Garnett, BTW.
How's that trade working out for the T Wolves?

should have been a poll involved.

Rather unsurprisingly the Twinkie fan raises his head, as he does the 2-3 times a season his team beats the World Champs.  Where is buckie when the World Champs are winning their title and his Twinkies are deciding what player they can sell in the off season to fund their pathetic small-market bunch of perpetual losers?
That being said, I DID think briefly of you last night as I turned off the game in disgust as it ended  :)

my team? two world championships in 47 years.

your team? two world championships in 90 years.

remind me....who were the "perpetual losers" from 1919 to 2003?

:blankfriggingstare1
and what's with knocking small market ball? someone who loves the game as much as you should understand that the twins in no way were going to keep santana after the season. why not get something for him now?

At least the Twins have a mulit purpose player
in Delmon Young.  He's about due to be giving
someone a severe beating soon, for another
50 game suspension....

More fuzzy math...try World Championships in 1903, 1904, 1912, 1915, 1916, 1918 in addition to being the first team to win two in this century

I was at the store today and my total came to $19.91 and the cashier said "good year."  She then said 1987 was good too.  When I got to the car I thought, is she a Twins fan?

I'm concerned about Gang Green's chances if they can't turn it up on the road.

You should be concerned--at this point the Celtics are probably the fourth best team in the NBA.

Thats the way it is shaping up.  I can't locate the cause.  Very perplexing and very disturbing.

Hey Buckinator....

Sox really are struggling....
Back in 1st place, won four in a row.
Jon Lester throws the 4th no-hitter for the Sox since 2001 2 nite.
Varitek first catcher ever to catch four no-hitters
Oh, did I see the Twinks are in 4th place, or is it all a bad dream?

Oh, and as Fitzy will tell you.....GFY....

A thing of beauty, Nelly.

Kid hit 96 on pitch #130 to whiff Callaspo.

Loved the way Orsillo and Remy let the picture do the talking after the last out.

A no-no is always something great.  I had the pleasure to see one in person.  Francisco Cordova  and Ricardo Rincon extra inning no hitter with the Mark Smith walk off home run in the bottom of the tenth.  The first combinded no hitter in NL history.  I'll never forget it.

Me, too.

Phillies' Terry Mulholland vs. the Giants in August of '90.
The Vet was electric in the 9th inning.

Mulholland didn't walk a batter and faced the minimum.
Would've been a perfect game if not for a Charlie Hayes throwing error.
Hayes redeemed himself by backhanding a wicked Gary Carter liner for the last out.

Funny thing is I nearly saw a no hitter in a game I went to a coupla weeks earlier.

Doug Drabek went 8 2/3 and had a 3 and 2 count on the immortal Sil Campusano -
bleeder up the middle... :(

wasn't Fiji Joe a big KC Royals fan?
Is he in the witness protection program these days?
Boy, does KC look like an AA team.
Sox are in the process of sweeping the Royals
as the Mike Lowell just torqued a grand slam
with the score now 11-3....
