I removed the limit for avatars in order to see who are using avatars bigger than 100x100, please change your avatar to 100x100 if you need help let me know

All you need to do is

1.- make your avatar SQUARE (same width and heigh)
2.- Compress it to 100x100 (if your avatar is 400x400 compress it 25% if it is 555x555 compress it to 18% you need to divide 100/size to know the comprssion rate)

Upload it
