The answer is closer to home and you havent listed him.

Michael Cohl, for his role in ripping out the soul of the greatest rock n roll band of them all and the music industry in general.

He was pleasant enough when I met him in Madrid...but I felt very cheap and dirty afterwards.

Of the ones you listed, I voted for the Colonel.

Kinda wish that I could have had more than one vote. I voted for Klein, but I also agree with Gazza about Col. Parker. I must say that I was surprised to see that you had included Gail Collins. I doubt that many here even know who she is. Least not the younguns I'd imagine. I am very puzzled by the inclusion of Ed Sullivan though.

Well, of course I know who she is, in the special radio program I made about Mountain we discussed the murder of Felix

What about adding Jim Gordon, he killed his own mom!! He was hearing voices in the street and the voice suggested him to kill his mother and he did it with a hammer!!! However he did great sessions for Traffic, Joe Cocker, Clapton & Harrison between many others

Definitively in the list, is he inside?

BTW, Gail is the second in the poll after the Allen "thief in the night and day" Klein

I assume Sullivan was included because he attempted to censor bands like the Stones (where he succeeded) and the Doors (where he failed).

I have to admit I have never heard of Gail Collins.

Okay, now I think the name is familiar.  And yeah, I would have to include Jim Gordon in this list.  His case is one of the worst cases of schizophrenia I've read about.

Gail Collins was the wife of Felix Pappalardi, producer of the Cream, and bass player, singer and producer of Mountain.

Gail composed some lyrics for Cream, she wrote the lyrics for "Strange Brew" and "World of Pain" by Cream and some for Mountain, she also made the covers and art of the album covers of Mountain, gotta admit she made some great art work there, specially the Nantucket cover and the "book" inside

She killed her husband Felix because he was having an affair with Valerie Merians

Sometimes I think she posts here at nights  :o

As I recall she didn't get much prison time out of it.

Thanks Voodoo
I found this over at Wikipedia
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gail_Collins_Pappalardi

" At the age of 43, Gail Collins Pappalardi was acquitted of second degree murder and manslaughter, but found guilty of criminally negligent homicide. A judge sentenced her to 16 months to four years in jail, and at the same time criticised the jury for its leniency and Pappalardi's lawyers for their defense of her. Manhattan Supreme Court Justice James Leff said that Pappalardi's lawyers used "shabby" tactics when they claimed the medical examiner's report was wrong and that investigators had stolen jewellery.

Gail Collins Pappalardi's defense was that the firearm had gone off accidentally while Felix was giving her a bedside gun lesson."

Who gives bedside gun lessons? Come on!!

Sometimes I hate lawyers, they break the law "legally"
