The book you want is really hard to find and if you find it it will be very expensive. I regret not buying it when it came out, but it was very expensive, now much more!

Other problem is how to search for it. The book was edited by Out-take, https://out-take.com/) it has no ISBN and only 950 were released, the website is gone, made a "Search" on eBay and save it, you will get an email when the book is available

Agreed, has proved tricky to find. I expect to pay up for the book, and I will pay a reward for anyone who can assist in leading me to an opportunity to purchase the book. No author credited, it was a compilation by "Out-Take"(Will Nash and Stu's widow Cynthia) with 350 photographs and contributions from more than one hundred people, including family, friends and musicians
