Yesterday we posted this header for Stu. Who is the lady?

This is another photo by Bob Bonis of Bill and I'm 99% sure the lady is Shirley Watts, the hairstyle is the same but I think they are different persons.

Ian Redfearn: Possibly PJ Harvey’s mother? I know there was some family connection with Stu and there is quite a resemblance.

Repy to Ian by Rupert Williams: I think you may be correct, he was good friends with the Harvey's , I briefly met Stu's wife Cynthia once but don't think it's her

I already searched the web using the image and couldn't find anything, that image is not on the book by Bob Bonis and his website http://bobbonis.com/ is down

just unusual for her to be so obviously posing for an artsy photo
without Charlie and as the lone foreground subject

I did some research. It looks nothing like, Cynthia Dillane, his wife. The face is a little fuller in the black and white image, but it has to be Shirley.
