The "peace" written that way is because we have wars all over the planet, but this has potential to become something "special"

There were some interesting reports that the Stones have already agreed
to play Warsaw in 2023, that there will be a EuropeSIXTY part 2

But probably then it will still be too soon for Kyiv or St Petersburg.

Maybe to celebrate peace in 2023 the Stones could finally cover
Fats Domino. I understand Fats remains very popular over there...

Sure, but logistics, contracts, insurance would prevents this from happening.

What CAN happen?

A benefit show in London, earmarked for Refugee relief in UK, Poland, elsewhere perhaps. 
There's a huge number of Ukraine orphans now needing families
ASAP due to lack of shelter, administrative organization, who may be in danger of scams and trafficking currently.
All proceeds/sales of tickets and dedicated merch going to Red Cross/ UNICEF / Int'l Children's Fund or similar.

They did Hurricane Sandy relief in NJ...they did SARS in Toronto...they did Nicaraguan Earthquake relief in 72 (?), so why not this?
So, NO, not a crazy idea. As far as a FUCK YOU VLAD...is a good deed really a good deed if
the intention is to spite someone? No need to even think about that lunatic.

Again, just my simplistic, idealistic opinion.

There's a major Ukraine benefit concert taking place this week, I think - its being televised.

Personally, I'd feel a lot happier about £400 for a concert ticket knowing that the profits are going to people who have nothing than I would be for people who have everything. It would be a very nice gesture.

The Stones have never played in Ukraine. In 2007 when they announced the European tour dates, Kyiv was one of the cities listed but tickets never went on sale for it.
