Obviously we're not just celebrating their Euro tour this year...

The Stones via their official twitter have kicked-off the marking of their official
60th anniversary by posting this new party-streamer Tongue using the hashtag
#StonesSIXTY

Not sure yet about the source of these next two images, but it is being
suggested that it is artwork for a new greatest-hits package

If it is a hits album, it is VERY cheeky to prominently include the graphics for
their 50th anniversary album within the artwork for their 60th

Note 1: A source of good stones info in the past, MarieFranceRemillard @MFRemillard,
has posted that StonesSIXTY will (also?) be the name of the tour, not No Filter

Note 2: Showbiz411, not the best source in the past, says the graphics are
for both the new tour and (hits?) album

Note 3: I guess it makes sense that Mick and Keith might have been finishing
up a few new (Charlie) tracks in Jamaica for inclusion on a hits album. And,
regarding the graphics, I guess its not just cheeky to display the artwork for
previous hits packages but also honest and accurate. Like it or not, hits
packages are a big big part of their history.

They've released precisely ONE new original song since the last one ten years ago. And precisely ONE album of original songs since the one before that twenty years ago.

A possible concept would be the top 54 streamed songs (which would
contain some nice surprises) plus 6 new ones.

6 new ones (with Charlie) might be enough to satisfy the old-timers.

If that is true-ish, even true, the big questions niggling just a touch at this juncture, will be:

Will the 4 tracks, including 'Really Wanna Tell Ruth', be steaming cracker-barrels, even real screaming creamers?

What if Keith is persuaded by Bruce 'The Spruce' Willis to go for the shaved bald look rather than his daughters' beanies? (And will Ronald turn up to rehearsals with a full-head of hair now, all pooved up nice?)

Should UK pre-sale info have been sent out on the day folk receive their community charge and phone bills?

Will the clothes designer responsible for designing the final poster of the 2021 Tour see it sent out before the 2022 Tour begins?

What happens if there is a sudden out-break of dyslexia and 'streaming' is mis-read as 'streaking', not least by a very cheery Smyth at the Wankdorf Stadium in Berne?

Guitarist and occasional bassist for The Rolling Stones, Keith Richards says he has been playing bass a lot more on the new tunes.

Keith added "They'll get 8 or 9 new songs and like it".

They already have that metadata compiled and adjusting as needed.
Its how they push their suggested playlists and "more like" selections on you

Personally, I just want to see the FFSO Vol 2 and 3 finally come to light...if they even exist...no reason
they can't make Tattoo Two (I just made that name up!) with outtakes,
as they did with the original TY and/or the anniversary release last year.
They dont have to be new songs after all, they just have to be GOOOOOODDDDDDD!!!!!!

Interesting data. And also juxtaposition-isms, especially if this is a (4-disc) running order..
Apart from The 4 Newies, it' pretty much a 50-50-ish split between pre-1971 and 1971+. Has a deal between done with Jodi Klein?
'Paint It' in the number 1 slot is always interesting, in that in some ways it's not a 'Sto' song', more a miserablist yet thumpy Bran song, beloved of the aspie-esque and manic-ish-depressives.
Funny if 'Streamers' starts with the throbbing 'Shattered'.
Lovely that 'Beef Curtains' and 'Hot' are in there. Where is 'Fool?
Should there be Exhibitionism-ish photos. 60 even, including 4 lovely CW portraits (if that's not too timely / obvious / lovely).
It would then make sense - surely - to put out a groovy and surprisingly interesting, groovy and Jordan-istical Stoonz album within another year,.
Meanwhile, is there any news out there in the ether of what style and/or tightness of truusers they were wearing during their recent recording in Jammers?

6-discs I meant - streaming aside - which might make it quite pricey.
That and all the streaking though - this package should come up lovely.
