Italian Eurovision winners Måneskin will conclude their first US run of shows with a
night in Vegas supporting the Rolling Stones. It was announced during their US TV debut

I live in Las Vegas. Allegiant stadium recently held its first event with a sizable crowd. The reviews were not good, with the biggest complaint the lack of parking. Im offering the following things to consider if you plan on coming here for the show. I'm not trying to persuade you one way or another to come or stay home but here are some things for you to consider.

1. Las Vegas is a hot spot for the delta variant.

2.A. There is very little parking and the parking that is available runs like $100.

B. Most of the uber and lyft drivers in LV have not gone back to work. Do not plan on getting one to take you to or from the stadium. Cabs will also be hard to come by.

C. To get to the stadium you are probably going to have to walk. Staying at Manday Bay or Luxor, as 2 posters have already stated, are your best Strip hotel choices. The road between those 2 hotels is the road you walk over the bridge on to get to stadium. If you have mobility issues this might not be the show for you.

The bar advertised for shidoobee pre party is at the corner of Decatur and Hacienda.
It would a straight walk down Hacienda, maybe a little over a mile, to get to stadium from there.
:weed :weed At the other end of the strip mall that bar is in is a weed dispensary :weed :weed

The other big complaint about the stadium were long lines/waits at concession stands but by Nov they might have those kinks worked out.

Iggy Pop has done a collaboration with them on one of their songs (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q3eresNXBbk),  Stevie Van Zandt has acknowledged them and they've been doing solid good work way before Eurovision, despite being so young. As trashy as Eurovision actually is, they were like an oddity there. I've been listening to their albums, they have some very interesting tracks and are damn good on stage. (Not to mention they're big Stones fans.)

Now I'm going to go and see the videos from Vegas and go bananas that somehow this has happened in this universe.

After two bumpy shows, they seem to have really bounced back for this one. Mick's voice was iffy in spots, particularly "Rocks Off," but he has enough recovery time between shows now and his physicality and showmanship seemed unimpeded.

Keith seemed to be having a great night as well, but man, what the fuck happened with "Sympathy"? He seems to have no interest at all in playing the solo anymore. It was barely there except for a few rudimentary phrases; I won't reignite the "Brown Sugar" debate, but they dropped the wrong warhorse this tour.

Conditions in Dallas were dreadful! It was cold and damp and that's when it wasn't pouring down rain! But they work so very hard to put on a great show! Their on-stage banter in Dallas seemed very upbeat - they did not appear to be depressed by the dreadful weather and somewhat primitive conditions of the Cotton Bowl.

Don't mean to be a downer, but I think you're spot on about the shows being bumpy. Been reading a lot of positive reviews, but apart from a few exceptions, the clips I've heard so far have sounded really dodgy. The best parts apart from the background vocals, horns, and keyboards, have been Steve Jordan and Ronnie. Mick has always been the best at what he does, and still is, but his voice has seemed off a few times, and Keith, it's better not to pile on regarding his playing but that solo on Sad Sad Sad was some of the worst I have ever heard him.

Nah, so far the Tampa and Dallas shows seem to aberrations on what has otherwise been a very consistently strong tour. And Dallas's flaws were largely due to the uncomfortable weather situation, which probably exacerbated Keith's arthritis and couldn't have been easy on Ronnie, either. But just about every other show this tour has been excellent.

The worst you can say about them is that theyre very white, just like their major

but all 4 are great musicians, and frankly, going by the very important metric of

I've been having a very similar response, so when I heard they'd be opening for the Stones I started checking out flights to Vegas  ;D If Stones tickets weren't costing the equivalent of 2 months' rent in Greece, I might have done it.

The show would probably rank 4th out of the 4 I saw this tour. Band was obviously just off and out of synch in parts. And while the fan vote was often the best part of the 1990's tours, it's the worst now!

Couldn't see Sasha Allen except when she was on the screen or during Gimme Shelter and she was probably the highlight of the show. Now the Lyft driver to the Greyhound station told me he knew her from singing in his church and he told me "but her mother told me she has a showcase on a song, um um um" "Gimme Shelter?" "Yeah that's it" and he put the studio version of the song on his Ipod.

Happy to get out of town fast, not a big fan of Vegas.

Otherwise met lots of old and new friends and had a great time.
