Excuse me...I mean "postponed"...

It would have been 5 years to the day that they were in NC for Zip Code in Raleigh. I went with TomL that day.

I just got an Expedia reminder about a van I rented for tomorrows show...what a bummer.
This was to be my own Glimmer Twins first Stones show.
Like them, I was 14 when I saw my first Stones show...
NJ friends were to come down...
we rented a nice penthouse near the stadium for the 2 families...the works!!
I had even arranged for a private brewery tour the next morning...

All to be followed by the 4th of July festivities the rest of the weekend...

Man, I hope it's not completely canceled. Before the pandemic era, I was going to get a couple of tickets and then find someone who had never been to a Stones show to go with. Still plan to do that, but the question is now when and if it will happen.

I was at that Raleigh show too and what a night it was. It was definitely in the top five greatest moments in my life. The only drawback was not having a camera with a great zoom lens to get a few great shots from my seat. However, the music, the crowd...what an experience. I can only hope to do it again hopefully next year.

String of bad luck for me as well. Had tickets for Miami of last year and I couldn't make their last minute hurricane reschedule. Was so excited to be able to see them in my home city.
