It's based on votes and it sucks

Ringo between the best? Come on, he's the luckiest bastard, not a real drummer

MIssing a lot like Chester Thompson, Simon Philips (probably the best I've seen live), Pat Mastelotto, Bill Rieflin, Gavin Harrison, etc etc etc

Also Bill Bruford is better than most of those before him in the list

John Bonham and Keith Moon were good but they are in that list because of the band they were members of

Also noticed The guy from the Eagles is not on there...or did I miss that?

And Tico Torres again, gets overlooked!!

Stewart Copeland deserves top 5 IMO

See...thats what these crappy lists do...

Keith Moon was something special, no one could do those incredible rhythmic around the set arcs (Pie Radians).

Alex Van Halen piece - when did Van Halen open for the Rolling Stones???  How could I not be aware of this?  I feel like more of a retard than usual.

Hell yeah, anyone who could get that drunk without getting alcohol poisoning, remain conscious and STILL keep time is a fucking awesome drummer. Let alone actually be good at it at such times.

So... there's no tequila?

The only thing that ever stopped Keith Moon from bashing drums were fucking horse tranqs at the fucking Cow Palace!  Cow bash.

Lists are always controversial and subjective so I'll add my two cents:

Max Weinburg way too low
Bonham top ten but not #1
Buddy Rich should be top 3..maybe #1
Ringo? on the list at all?? Fuck Pete Best was better and I never heard him
Neil Peart too high....but top 10
Charlie top 10

With every scroll of the mouse, I was sure I was going to turn up Karen Carpenter, like in the old Playboy Jazz and Pop Poll.
