The water on the field was several inches high. It was insane how hard the rain was coming down. The local press was wild that week covering the Stones. Charlie was seen shopping at all the high end places and cameras followed him around town.

The best gig nobody knows about is that they played on South Street at the Theatre of the Living Arts to warm up. Action News was camped out back and they had their mic pressed up against the doors to hear the band.

This concert is amazing. They swing like true rock and rollers. A bunch of cocky motherfuckers doing what they do best.

Required viewing for all fans...

This show is one text book performance after another. Brilliant.

Lisa's shorts are so short. Beautiful. She was in great shape that tour.

Keith's guitars on Beast of Burden...excellent.

I remember being mesmerized during Memory Motel. I still am.

TLA show?

Yes, TLA. I have a VHS tape containing news footage from their week here. The news van was parked behind the TLA and the fans were pressed up against the back door trying to hear them jamming. I was so pissed that I wasn't there.

If I didn't have the news clip from the TLA, I would never think it was true. The band moved gear from the stadium, or rented some, set up shop on South Street, and did a rehearsal.
