dude was a force of nature. glad i got to see him one more time a few months ago when they were in town. with all the cancelled shows with him being not well i almost didnt think it would happen. god bless and rock and roll forever!!

RIP brave Lemmy. He was touring with Motorhead on their 40th Anniversary tour even though he was ill. Their last concert was in Berlin on Dec 11th. They were supposed to be touring until Feb 2016. Watch 'Overkill' live on Youtube in Berlin & 'Ace Of Spades'. Brave & performing till the end. Rest now Sir Lemmy.

I had no idea that they did SFTD!!!
It sounds AMAZING!!! A true cover...pretty close to the original...but keeping their own. the solo is scorching!!! Similar to Keef's solo in Buffalo this past year This is now in my permanent playlist...thanks for turning me on to it!!! |
