Title: Crosseyed Heart vinyl problems
Post by Steel Wheels on Oct 25th, 2015 at 11:56am
Has anyone ordered the album on vinyl? It's a two LP release.

I received mine and it's missing the first fucking album. I've contacted the webstore and I'm going to patiently wait.

I'm not happy with this at all. How can they forget to put both records into the fucking sleeve? Who is sleeping on the god damned job? I've tuned up my turntable and I want to play this album.

For all of the hype, they need better quality control. There's typos on the CD and vinyl release, lyrics for one song appearing on another song's lyrics, things spelled wrong.

Reading the fine print on the receipt states that they will not accept returns on anything that's opened. I hope I don't have to go to war over this.

Wow that sucks, I was thinking of ordering the vinyl but I'm not doing it now! You should get some satisfaction if you keep trying but its a hassle.

Well, you cant tell the disc is missing until you open it. Its an incompletely packaged order as opposed to a flawed product, so I cant imagine they've a leg to stand on.
