I remember watching the stones on a childrens show in the early 60's. I believe it was the Soupy Sales show. They were on several times throughout the week and I thought it was just great then!

The Soupy Sales Show was a Saturday morning comedy show from '59 - '62.

Pretty sure the Stones weren't developed enough to get that gig.

Good call on outing the liar.  Collectively, we know everything there is to know about everything.  Maybe even more.  If the Stones were muffing it with Soup Ass Sales, we'd know about it.  We would have been knowed that.  This guy is a yard pigeon trying to curry favor with the board's big boys or a goddam narc.  Maybe both, although that's hard to do.

Then did a few local TV shows in the New York area around 64-65 (Clay Cole, etc) but I've never heard of them appearing on this show.

I used to be a Soupy Sales regular and I don't remember The Stones being on the show, although I was very young at the time. I do remember Soupy saying to go take money out of your mothers purse and send it to him. He got in a lot of trouble for that.

Soupy Sales was on in the 70's. i use to watch him growing up, on youtube there is a good one with Alice Cooper.
