Hey all,

first, I'd like to thank for invitation and to be a part of RS society. I hope I posted this thread in right place.

I am looking for so called low gens (raw tapes) aka non bootlegged original tapes from which boots are made. For years I've collected most of what's already released on silvers but now I am gonna start collecting tape transfers. However, I do not see many people trading them and I thought I will ask up here.

Any suggestion of where I can get them? My first typos are complete sets of New York and Los Angeles 75 as these shows are one of my all time fav dates and quality of most of these gigs is great.

I will be much pleased for any kind of help.

Thank you, very generous. I have no idea what I need, I have a bunch of old stuff with a lot of crowd shouting all the way through. That's how it used to be recorded I guess.

Gazza is very knowledgeable about Stones discography, he is the resident expert! Gazza what should I ask for? I feel like a kid on Christmas!

I have a few first generation tapes like Mick Taylor in Mexico 2001 and other bands, some second generation tapes too and of course copy of copy of copy of...

Glad now we don't lose too much when copying in the new formats but tapes!!
