I would love to see a clip of Merry Clayton doing Shelter. She originated that and I wonder if she can still hit the notes.

Thanks but they didn't do the song justice. Its a train wreck, she is just singing Gimme Shelter over and over ~ what happened to the solo? I imagined it to be more like the original, just proving the point that you cant go back to the original when everything changes. |
