I felt like I was taking a chance this morning purchasing pre-sale tickets from this company: http://groundctrl.com/
Even though it was linked from Alice Cooper's website, I was a bit uneasy since I've never heard of the company before.

The order page on the site had an "https" address with the padlock showing on my monitor so I went ahead and ordered, but I wonder about the company's reputation and track record.

A Google search pulls up some complaints about merchandise not being delivered (anyone still waiting for Stones fan club DVDs?) but I ordered tickets only.
The Better Business Bureau gives them an "A" rating, but I think that only applies to how well the company reponds to complaints.

Anyone here have a suggestion or can comment about this company?

Heh, heh, they're general admission being held at will call, or supposedly being held at WC.

My greatest fear is showing up with nothing waiting there for me.

You will be fine. They run LOTS of band ticketing/fan sites etc...reliable and a slighly (only just) better value than the Stones provide! I've done several GnR shows with Meet n'Greets over the last few years and I'd give 'em an 'A' grade.

UPDATE: I just talked with the venue manager who confirmed that I have tickets in the first four rows. :areyoufuckingserious
