God bless the annual rites of spring: baseball, birds migrating north, and overworked and underpaid Midwestern teachers getting a paid week off for no reason!!

Can't decide if I like snorkeling, CayBrew, or Stingray City the best. I may decide to say screw it and not come back. That being the case, I hereby bequeath my Rickenbacker 350 to fleabit, my copy of "little house on the prairie" season 3 dvds to egon, my AP jersey to some guy and my witty and intelligent posting abilities to Joey, as he can use all the help he can get.

Screw the Chicago summit... Let's summit our asses off at rum point!!!

If you are on Grand Cayman, go to RUM POINT. Its the coolest place to hang out and drink, snorkel, swim, eat, meet people for sexual encounters, and sleep on the beach if you want to! You already know about Rum Point?

rum point: check. no strange sexual encounters. hard to pick up chicks with a wife and three kids in tow.

stingray city: check. fricking amazing animals. tame as kittens. can't understand how one of them killed steve irwin.

seven mile beach: check. awesome snorkeling. stared down a barracuda. he won. i was with a six year old who was about his size, and i wasn't going to stick around to ask any questions.

caybrew: check. THAT, my friends, is good beer.

iguanas: check. some were as big as my three year old. damn things are like squirrels down there.

scuba trip with captain marvin: check. anyone going to the caymans should look him up. $67 a person got a full day of snorkeling, stingrays, conch shell diving and a kick ass bbq. also saw a dolphin in the channel as well. the boat crew said he sometimes hangs out there. cool shit!

georgetown: meh. nothing of historical significance to see.

this will be the WORST monday ever.

When I am checking on my off-shore monies...I usually stay at The Sunshine Suites...they have reciprocal rights w/ The Hyatt...Love the diving there...Wish the Blue Parrot was still there...Jade Garden is awesome Thai Food and the best yoga studio is next to it as well..Check out the Cruise schedules and stay away from & mile beach when they ships are there!!!

Be careful of those stingrays! I went on that stingray encounter and they give you food to attract them. As soon as I saw how big those suckers are swimming right towards me, I threw the food as far away from me as I could and swam back to the boat. They scared the hell out of me! They are wild animals, not tame, and just want to be fed, so Steve Irwin probably was confused with dinner. That was a shame. I would avoid that experience, too dangerous.
