Title: Will LA 1975 ever be released on DVD?
Post by StonesFan1990 on Dec 15th, 2012 at 11:49pm
Do you think LA 1975 will ever be released on DVD as Ladies & Gentlmen '72, Texas '78 and Let's Spend the Night Together '81 were?

I hope so, as it's one of my favorite periods for the Stones, transitional as it was.

On a side note, StonesFan1990 - why are all your posts in the form of threads, and why are they ALL questions? And do you ever read or respond to other posts/threads?

Just wondering. As you seem to wonder about many things.

No offense intended - but what's up with all the questions?

Yes, during the 2013 tour.  Have seen parts of it and while not the quality of 72 or 78 still better than all the bootlegs out there.

I have a friend who works for Eagle Rock who tells me their contract with the  Stones will eventually lead to the release of a lot of things we have in crappy bootleg quality if at all, including LA '75, San Jose '99, Amsterdam '95, London '95, Paris '95, London '99....the list goes on and on...

Too funny Nelly!!! The contract is for two a year, they have got a lot of the minor ones(Hyde Park, Checkerboard, Charlie Is My Darling, Crossfire Hurricane) out of the way now...I expect the two next year will be LA '75 and Hampton '81.
