I;d imagine all of the major tapers (Crystal Cat etc) will have been out in force for these gigs and that there will be multi-cam DVD's available in due course, but this will certainly suffice for now. Cant wait to get home and download it. Thanks.

I'm surprised that no recording has shown up on DIME yet...but I know there will be excellent recordings of all five shows plus the pay-per-view, of course. Bol's recording is excellent for the first show, he fixed Tumbling Dice so the show is now complete...this remaster makes it even better. |

There will be someone who makes an brilliant well mixed PPV audio transfer.... that shit is going to be tight, I'm going to be patient. all this other stuff will be trash in a few weeks... it's just foreplay, nice, but let's get down to the fucking! |

Serious tapers have been abandoning Dime in droves. Of course with everything turning up on You Tube immedietly after a show ending has kind of made complete audio recordings of concerts sort of anti-climatic. Personally I hope someone collects all the You Tube footage and sets it to decent audio. |

The remastered version sounds fantastic! After listening a while I forget it's an audience recording. The band sounds so completely refreshed and energized compared to the last leg of ABB. Keith is ON; I could tell right when he started his solo on it's all over now. What a rock n' roll band.

I turned this up and played it thru my surround sound. For an audience recording, it is amazing how defined all of the instruments and singing come through. Definately suggest picking it up on dime. My buddy walked in the door and asked what tour this was from. When I told him it was from last week he damn near shite himself. Once we listened to Doom and Gloom, we went and learned it on our guitars. What a fun tune to play. As a side note. Certain Stones tunes seem to work better from their studio than transferring to a live stage. Star Star and Let Me Go are two examples where the record is better than the live efforts. D @ G for me, fit into this category. Raw and dirty with an energy level that is just on the cusp of going nuts. It's the feel baby. :smoking |

I wouldn't pay for that, most likely stolen clips from YouTube since they stole one of my pictures for the cover. Download UrbanSteel's DVD made from YT instead on HC, it's free -> http://www.hungercity.org/details.php?id=21426 He did it again for the 29th -> http://www.hungercity.org/details.php?id=21519 By the way I can't remember if I posted a link to my pictures from last Sunday, I'll go post a link in the proper topic. |

Just like Gazza predicted, there are already some multicam videos popping up on youtube. They are very well done.

As camera men were seen around the stage for both London O2 shows (not to mention the brief pro-shot clip that came out from the first show), I guess we can assume all or parts of these gigs will be released on the inevitable DVD release (or compilation).
I think Florence Welch's performance really deserves capturing for posterity. |
