What happens there in Australia, another effect of the crisis!
It's really unfortunate for them and us French .

I'm going there next month. better brush up on my australian accent in order to blend in.
But well noted i should not sing a little Dutch song whilst on a bus surrounded by pissed people...
In general australians are very very cool, though some of them are indeed very racist against anyone who is not australian (black or white), especially when it comes to "letting them into the country"

A few years ago, my brother visited Australia.  He went scuba-diving, saw a topless lady at the beach, and a koala at the zoo.  He also saw an aboriginal man, a black man with blonde hair, indigenous to Australia.

The Australians found my brother's American accent "charming", and he did not suffer any form of discrimination or racism.

Perhaps, the people on the bus were annoyed by the French woman's singing?  Maybe, it had more to do with her being tone-deaf than with her nationality?

those bus bogans have been tracked down and at least 2 identified by police.
Very uncool and embarrassing.

We actually like the French, except for their snails.

Never judge a country for just a sample of low-life losers :stinkypost

We are one of the most multi-cultural nations on Earth. For the most part, we are all cool. Work together. Drink together. Go to the footy together even if we support different teams. No riots. No hassles. But we do have some dickheads who feel disgruntled and wish it was 1955. You guys dont have to judge these fools. We are already doing it in disgust.

P.S. I lied about footy supporters. Bloody Collingwood!!! Eh, Mobbsy???

French people have a great opinion about the Australians , every time that they go to Australia , they return with very good feelings .

It's why this incident have shocked most of us .

They've been interviewed by Police. Who's to say they are not the full quid? a slice short of a loaf. A fault unit.
