Doesn't sum them up the way I think that is meant.  Tumbling Dice does, as you know, same album.

I always thought the lyrics were plug in flush out and find the fucking feed. I thought that meant plug in the guitars and get the equipment ready to play a live gig. I didnt think it was about shooting up but I guess it could be interpreted that way as well.

There was a poster on the old MickJagger.com who used the handle Tiny Dancer. She claimed she was the girl in the lyrics.
