A reasonable and fairly well thought-out list, despite a few factual errors (Some Girls is obviously not Ronnie's debut with the Stones, for example). The list also, by omission, confirms the Most Underrated Song status of "It's Not Easy".

Decent list. Wouldn't say I necessarily agree with more than half of the inclusions, but at least it reads as if its been put together by someone whose Stones collection extends beyond 'Hot Rocks' or '40 Licks'.

The omission of 'Winter' disturbs me no end, however.

My shortlist of 'Most Underrated Songs' (none of which make this list) would include You Can't Catch Me, Look What You've Done, Continental Drift, Torn & Frayed and Slave, amongst several others.

I'd put them both ahead of the studio version.

The LIVE versions of 'Rambler' are another matter. Both the Ya Yas and Brussels ones. Especially the latter. The studio version of Gimme Shelter is the only thing in their entire catalogue that may be as good.

If we count Brussells...and why wouldnt we....then Starfucker and Angie move into my top 20....The studio version of Gimmeshelter is my fave of alltime and hence my nick........
