Wow 9 votes so far. That's more than all of Bucky's polls put together. ;D

'Dear Doctor' and 'Far away eyes' are certainly up there, and I'd agree about Sweet NeoCon being funny only for its banality (I'd put 'Oh No, Not You Again' in the same category)

Dangerous Beauty is pretty funny

And :

Short & Curlies
Where The Boys Go
The Spider & The Fly
Turd On the Run - just for the title

The most humourous Stones album for me is 'Some Girls'. Pretty much every song written by Mick has a few great tongue in cheek lines somewhere.

I was driving home early Sunday morning through Bakersfield/Listening to gospel music on the coloured radio station/And the preacher said, 'You know, you always have the Lord by your side'/And I was so pleased to be informed of this, that I ran 20 red lights in His honor/Thank you Jesus, thank you Lord. :nomames
No Contest IMO....Far Away Eyes! :paristhong
One of the funniest lines in a real legit song ever!

I had to go with Dear Doctor. I just love the whole story of the song. The abject fear of having to marry a "bow legged sow" to the "tears of relief" ending. Great story, and told as only the Stones could tell it.

Far Away Eyes is a close second for me. I love how Mick was kind of taking the piss out of country music. They played the music with such respect and obvious admiration though that the song managed to chart on the country charts as well. What an album Some Girls was! They charted on the rock charts, the pop charts, the country charts, and the club charts!

Yes, agree Some Girls IMO saved Rocking Roll at the time in the late 70's, it was the shot in arm, I needed. Playing in a "top 40" band,  boy was I happy when The Stones were back on the Charts..........believe you me.

I went with Far Away Eyes, BUT the funniest song is Oh No Not You Again! It's hysterically funny to me because at the 05 Press Conference MICK sang this brand new tune in front of every Press, TV, and Radio station from around the world broadcasting, many with live feeds. MICK was smiling in amusement when he sang FVCKING up my life because he knew nobody knew the lyrics to the song yet. Just seeing the look on MICK's face was funny, like he was a little boy doing something wrong at school, and it was at a school too, and MICK apologized at the end to the professors and joked that he should get a bad grade. Love the humor in that song, it's one of my top songs from ABB. Rough Justice is funny too.

LOL! I find Gomper quite funny actually. Simply because it is so incredibly dated. I never really thought the hippie dippy shit suited the Stones that well. That said, when they did attempt it they did fairly decent job of it. However, if you listen to Gomper and then follow it with The Beatles Tomorrow Never Knows it's easy to see which one has aged better. It ain't Gomper!

You're allowed to say 'fuck' on 'Rocks Off'. In fact we insist on it. You won't get a bad grade for it. Promise.

Just sayin'.  ;D

I say it with a Jersey accent, I pronounce it FVUCK YOU, adding the V sound, the left middle finger goes up, with the proper ending, ASSHOLE! FVUCK YOU ASSHOLE! Thats a very popular phrase. I try to restrain myself on the boards, and I started useing the v instead of the u a long time ago to get under the censor radar, and now its just a habit. So FUCK YOU GAZZA!

Almost each and every Stoonz song seems to have a comparably jocular and japey thread of nuances running through it

I hadn't thought of "Dangerous Beauty" as funny; doubt the prisoners at Abu Ghraib got the joke.

"Melody" is kind of funny.
And several tunes on Between the Buttons have a dry humor in them.
