Yes, no one comes close...he played with SO many really important artists in their primes. His work with the Stones alone makes him immortal - it is just EXQUISITE throughout the Golden Era... but then add in his work with John Lennon and the Kinks and Jefferson Airplane at Woodstock and Quicksilver...and on and on...I need to buy this book...
