I posted one of these images at the "All Ronnie Thread" but regardless of how elegant they are Bill looks great, speciall being more than 7 years older than Mick and Keith. Some pictures of Bill and Suzanne Wyman at the 'George Harrison: Living In The Material World' Premiere yesterday at BFI Southbank in London

Here with Terry O'Neill and Lorraine Ashton

1st Jagger sighting in the Harrison doco 5 min ago, sitting in a chair, while some guy is talking.
He smiles & lights a smoke.

I watched Living in the Material World at the Athens film festival about two weeks ago. I thought it was great. Now, I don't remember the exact reason why :wtf3 but this is the part where people at the cinema laughed, something about Mick's reaction.

A little "spoiler": My favorite Stones related part is when they show an exterior shot of a window in George's house (I think) and it's from the 60s, all painted and groovy and all that, and it has written underneath: "Mick and Marianne were here". So sweet and nostalgic.

I watched Part One last night and thought it was wonderful.  Looking forward to Part 2.  It was interesting to hear Ringo and Eric Clapton talk about George's two sides.  Long ago, far away but never forgotten.  Nice to see the "quiet" Beatle getting some well-deserved recognition.

Amen to that, George was always my favorite Beatle.

I watched Part 2 last night and had a hard time getting to sleep.  Very well done - didn't sugarcoat or demonize George.  It's a DVD I'll buy.

I really liked what Olivia Harrison had to say about George caring about the way he died and the manner in which his soul left his body.  She said when he died there was light in the room that hadn't been there before.

I thought the 2nd part could have benefited from some additional interviews.
Bob Dylan was noticeably absent.
it isn't as if Dylan is a recluse, he could have been contacted.
Where was Leon Russell, who stole the show at Bangladesh?
More about the Willburys was needed.
At least more of Jeff Lynne, as his production of Cloud Nine spawned a hit for George,
which was a semi revitalization of his career.
Where was the SNL clip of Harrison & Simon doing "Here Comes The Sun"?
The part about Ringo saying George wanted to come to Boston was poignant.
Agreed Ginda about his wife, she was very good.
The son seems like he has it together.
He graduated from Brown University in Providence, RI

All in all, a good retrospective, glad it was done.

Every New Year I raise a glass to George,
A one, two-Ding Dong, Ding Dong....
