The photo was taken by Stu, it's from 1967.

This ADOM September 1966 thing keeps getting repeated, but it's incorrect, for various reasons the photos taken by Stu can only be from 1967, probably February, which is when most if not all soundtrack recording took place.

Page was on other side of the world on 5th September 1966 and in Stu's photos Page is shown to have mirror discs on his guitar, he didn't add them until early 1967.

Here's cropped screen grabs from the photos posted on jimmypage.com...

I've worked out who the 'double exposure' people are. It's none other than Duke Ellington and the fantastic drummer Max Roach! Stu must have went to see them. :)
