A double whammy....:( I heard about Leiber first---early this evening. And then Nick Ashford was on the 11:00 news. "You're All I Need To Get By" is one of my fave pop songs of all time. Marvin and Tammy at their singing best, and Nick and Valerie at their writing best....

Leiber and Stoller were the very finest of rock n' roll songwriters. His passing is sad, but he lived a long and fulfilled life. Rest In Peace. :(

Leiber. Ashford. Let's show them the respect of spelling their names correctly. And as far as pondering about who #3 might be? No thanks. That's really a question that does not beg to be asked OR answered.
