Pretty sure it's a Leslie speaker. Line 6 offers a nice approximation. See this matchup with Hardwire Chorus:

I've got a fairly close sound to it. chorus/flanger mix can more or less get you there. I love drumming to this song, but playing Keith's part is fun too. Maybe a bit dull, but fun nevertheless.
