Thank you so much Voodoo and Gazza for remembering Art.
Raining Blimps was a beloved poster, a great Stones fan and a dear friend of mine and many others.
His battle with cancer was brief as it was quite advanced when he was diagnosed on JUNE 1st!!!
He leaves behind a wife, two children and many friends.

Rest in peace my friend.

This is so sad. :( I didn't know him at all, but am greatly saddened by his sudden death. :( How I hate cancer. My thoughts and prayers are with his family....oh my, what a shock for them. :(

Was very saddened to hear about his passing this morning. I know he had a lot of friends on here and in the wider Stones community. Incredible that he was only diagnosed so recently.

RIP Art, the header was changed as the life goes on

Too bad for this, one one hand he didn't suffer a battle against cancer which is really a long agony but on the other it was so quick that I'm sure this is really hard for his wife and kids (of course friends too)
